Product and quality control

Our soaker hose will have to pass all seven major quality control as followed:

1. Seepage rate test - would help control the uniform rate and amount of water flow
2. Coupler Pull test - would help ensure the stickiness and durability of the recycled rubber.
3. Inside diameter test - would help control the standard specification of the product diameter.
4. Hose length test - would help control the standard specification of the product length.
5. Burst test - would help ensure that our product can perform under the pressure or in many environment pressure levels.
6. Appearance test - would ensure the standard product color, no kinks, and no surface defect.
7. Hose connector test - would ensure no  leakage of unnecessary part for hose as well as connector

Above all else, the special test could be conducted to fit with customers’ need.
